Welcome to REPUBLIXX. By using our website or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

2. Products

• We sell herbal teas and related goods.

• All product descriptions and prices are correct at the time of listing but may be updated.

3. Orders & Payments

• Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other supported methods.

• All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping

• UK delivery only.

• Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £3.99 (1–3 working days).

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm: £8.99 (next working day).

• Orders placed by 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Unopened teas may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• To start a return, email hello@republixx.com.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
