Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your REPUBLIXX order.

Returns

• You may return unopened tea in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• To request a return, email hello@republixx.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return.

• Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order if you require a different product.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used teas cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
